Relentless pursuit of better We’ll be looking to you to help drive Western Union’s digital marketing strategies and programs. You’ll be responsible for digital marketing strategy, digital media planning, SEM/SEO, content marketing, CRM, mobile, and social media. Working closely with the go-to-market sales and product teams, you will deliver the revenue plan through a strategy geared towards new customer acquisition and lead generation, improving retention. You will also lead technology relationships with partners and optimize configuration to local needs. To succeed in this role, it is required that you have a bachelor’s or master’s degree preferably in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline. You will have gained 10 years of experience in hands-on digital marketing and leading performance campaigns. You have a proven track record in trading across open exchange and buying across all media types. Previous experience of agile working methodologies is also desirable.
