JOB DETAIL

IT Support Officer-IBM Maximo responsibilities will include managing all queries and incidents and be the first line application support for the all the users in the organization.

 

 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Respond in timely manner to all queries and incidents.
  • Be the first line application support and act as the super user.
  • Manage communication with users via telephone and email.
  • Communicate and alert technical support team, follow up and escalate on unresolved incidents.
  • Groom and grow the knowledge base, user training materials and help increase adoption of the managed systems.
  • Monitor, track and review the progress of incidents and keep the user informed.
  • Manage formal closure of incidents.
  • 1st line application support and diagnosis, troubleshooting and evaluation of the cases.

Knowledge, skills & experience:

 

  • Higher education in IT, Computer Science or any related field.
  • Good experience in outage management and working knowledge on coordination with the relevant resolve groups.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience on either IBMMaximo, CAFM or Zycus (or other e-procurement solution).
  • Experience with Salesforce administration.
  • Proficient in the use of SQL, generation, customization and governance of reports.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders on different levels of seniority.
