Drives development and management of MOL and Mobile Banking platform
Drives alternate channel penetration, usage and transaction migration to increase profitability through all segments of Retail banking.
Drives Social Media channels usage and cross sell opportunity.
Drives Innovation on all alternate Channels.

Drives increase in number of MOL users and increase in awareness for MOL among frontline
Drives and monitors increased usage of MOL by users, e.g., for payments
Leads innovation through development of additional MOL functionalities, e.g. differentiated log-on screens and sales capabilities.
Oversees MOL complaint management
Regularly reviews MOL to maintain security standards and address potential concerns
Represents business in migration to new systems
B – Drives development and management of Mobile Banking platform
Drives increase in number of Mobile users and increase in awareness for Mobile among frontline.
Drives and monitors increased usage of Mobile by users, e.g., for payments.
Leads innovation through development of additional Mobile functionalities, e.g. NFC payments, location-based marketing.
Oversees Mobile complaint management
Regularly reviews Mobile to maintain security standards and address potential concerns
Represents business in launch of new Mobile versions
C – Leads innovation of website including development as a sales channel and guides social media efforts
Drives development of sales capabilities on website, e.g., e-forms
Supports design and refinement of web content
Guides all social media efforts, e.g., Facebook
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
8+ years of related banking and finance experience with superior knowledge of applications and technology
preferable experience in e-business (online /mobile /self-service space)
